Time-Passing Wallpaper for iPhone
Each of the photos below honors a scene that represents the passage of time as a wallpaper image. These downloads are compiled from unsplash.com, a free online community for photographers around the world.
My two favorite downloads are presented above. First, an Apple Watch is displayed in front of Yosemite Valley at sunrise. The Apple Watch shows the time of sunrise, and a great depth of field shot has been taken with El Capitan appearing in the depths of the valley in the distance. The second is a time-lapse image showing stars swirling over a forest at sunset.
Time is also represented in images such as the passage of sand in an hourglass, a clock in a corridor, and the gears of a clock mechanism.
